A faster site that keeps no visitor waiting*
I measure your site's speed on a phone, fix what slows it down (images, fonts, excess code, server) and show the numbers before and after.
What is included
- A starting measurement on mobile: Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS and INP)
- Images converted to WebP and served at the size they appear
- Only the main image loads straight away; the rest waits for the scroll
- Fonts hosted on your own site, with a preload for the weight the first view uses
- Less JavaScript, with third-party scripts deferred or dropped
- Cache and compression configured on the server, with long expiry for images and files
- A fresh measurement at the end, with the numbers side by side
Who it is for
- Sites that are slow to open on a phone, where most of the visits are
- Online shops that lose sales while pages load
- Anyone who saw low PageSpeed scores and does not know where to start
- WordPress sites with plugins piled up over the years
What you get at the end
- The before and after measurements (mobile Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals), side by side
- The list of what changed, point by point
- The processed images, already on the site at the right sizes
- What was left undone and why, when it depends on a third-party service the business needs
How it works
-
Measurement
I measure the site the way visitors live it, on phone and desktop, and record the starting numbers.
-
Quote
You get the list of what to make faster, biggest gain for least work first, with a fixed price.
-
Optimization
I apply the improvements one by one, checking at each step that the site still looks the same to visitors.
-
New measurement
I show the before and after, and say what was left undone and why.
Frequently asked questions
Will the site look different?
No. Optimization works underneath: the site looks the same, only faster. If an improvement meant changing the look, I ask first.
Why does speed matter?
Visitors give up on slow pages, especially on a phone with a weak signal. Speed also counts for Google, through Core Web Vitals.
Can you get the score to 100?
Not always, and I do not promise a number. Some points depend on third-party services (maps, chats, ad pixels) the business wants to keep. I always say what each one costs.
My site has a lot of plugins. Can it be improved?
It can, and that is usually where the biggest gain is. I look at what each plugin loads on each page and suggest what to drop, replace or defer.
Does the speed hold afterwards?
It holds as long as heavy scripts and images are not added. With a care plan, speed is watched every month.
