A landing page goes live in about 1 week, a website in 2-3 weeks and a store in 3-4 weeks. The clock starts when you deliver all the content (texts, images, logo).
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Before starting you get a quote with the final amount, what is included and what is not. Extras, like additional pages or extra revision rounds, have set prices and only apply if you request them.
Do I need to have texts and photos?
Yes, the content is yours: texts, photos and logo. I can guide you on what works best, but content creation is not included, and late content pauses the delivery deadline.
What do the monthly plans include?

Website Care Basic includes 1 small request per month and Website Care Total 2, both with a 2-business-day response. Requests do not accumulate month to month. Do the plans include email on my domain?
Yes, and it is already up and running. Email runs on our own server, with spam filtering and a secure connection: Website Care Entry includes 1 mailbox of 2 GB, Basic 3 mailboxes of 5 GB and Total 10 mailboxes of 10 GB. You create the mailboxes yourself in the client area, and read your mail in the webmail or on your phone and computer, over IMAP and SMTP.
What if I want to cancel the plan?
There is no lock-in, just give 30 days notice. The site is yours: on exit you receive a complete copy, and the domain is always registered in your name from day one.
Do prices include VAT?
No. There is no VAT to add to the listed prices: the studio is under the Portuguese small-business VAT exemption, which every invoice states as "IVA - regime de isenção (art. 53.º do CIVA)". All services are invoiced with a Portuguese invoice.
Is paying yearly worth it?
Yes, if you are staying: the yearly plans are 17% off. It is paid once for 12 months and is not refunded if you leave before the year ends.
