The client picks the service, the day and the time. The confirmation arrives straight away with an invite for their calendar, and the reminder goes out on its own the day before.
Demo: on Clínica Movimento's booking page, the client picks the 45-minute Treatment, Thursday the 12th and 11:30. The booking is confirmed with Ana Martins, with the calendar invite, the reminder 24 hours before, the deposit paid and the links to change the time or cancel.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my website with you?
No. The booking page works on its own and the widget fits any website. If your site is on Website Care with us, the Included plan comes with it.
What does the plan included in Website Care cover?
1 professional and up to 3 services, with the booking page, the widget and the confirmation and reminder emails. Deposits start on Solo.
Do you take a commission on bookings or deposits?
No, 0%. Deposits are charged in your own Stripe account; Stripe charges its fee and we take nothing.
Does it connect to Google Calendar?
Direct two-way sync is coming soon. Until then, each professional has a private ICS feed to subscribe to in Google, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
How do clients know they have a booking?
By email: the confirmation with the calendar invite, the reminder 24 hours before and a notice whenever the booking changes or is cancelled.
What about my clients' data?
It stays on our own servers in the EU, handled under the GDPR. When a client asks, their bookings are anonymised.
