ZeloPro: professionalism and closeness
ZeloPro is a reference in Greater Porto for property care, providing essential concierge and caretaking services to condominiums, companies, hotels and student residences. When we started the project, the challenge was not just to build a page, but to translate the team's reliability and operational rigour into the digital world.
The challenge Caretaking is often seen as an "invisible" or purely technical service, but the decision to hire it is based on trust. The client (condominium managers or hotel managers) needs to feel, within seconds, that the team is organised, present and professional. The challenge was to avoid the coldness of a generic corporate site and create something that conveys the closeness needed by anyone who entrusts the security and care of their premises to someone else.
The approach We chose a clean, sober visual identity that conveys the seriousness of caretaking with a touch of modernity. The information hierarchy was designed for users who often need to solve a problem quickly or request an urgent quote. "Closeness" was not expressed with vague words, but with ease of contact: WhatsApp takes centre stage, shortening the distance between the client and the solution.
The technical solution The site was built with a full focus on performance and mobile usability - essential for people who manage condominiums "in the field".
Content management: we set up a blog to position ZeloPro as a specialist in the sector, sharing maintenance and property management tips, which helps local SEO.
Integration: the contact flow was simplified with a direct WhatsApp button, removing unnecessary friction.
Structure: we split the services by type of client (condominiums, hotels, companies), so every visitor finds the solution to their specific problem at first glance.
The result Today, ZeloPro has a digital shop window that matches the quality of its service. The brand is now seen as a trusted partner, not just a task provider. The form and direct contact simplified conversion, so the team receives qualified quote requests without noise.
The takeaway When the service is "invisible" (like looking after a building), the website has to be the visible face of competence. The strategy proved that, even in a traditional sector, clarity, easy contact and a carefully crafted identity change how the business is perceived and, as a result, increase the end client's trust.
